Adoption service information

Whole plant & adoption term: Each whole plant has its own identifier and is not allocated to another adopter during the same active term. Annual offers cover one year; start and end dates, renewal and plant allocation are recorded in the agreement.
Naming, certificates & plaques: Buyer, named recipient and delivery recipient may differ. Certificate, plaque and greeting-card formats, messages, amendment cut-offs and dispatch dates follow the agreed offer. Public naming requires consent.
Care, growth & annual benefits: Care and growth records maintain the connection. Tea and delivery are supplementary annual benefits; quantities and timing follow the offer. Tea follows actual supply and is not presumed to come solely from one adopted plant.
Adoption & charitable work: Co-branded adoption is associated with the selected foundation. Its offer specifies the charitable allocation and disclosure; the full adoption fee is not a donation. Adoption grants no land ownership or financial return.
Delivery, visits and aftercare: Tea-gift quantities and dispatches are distinct. The agreed offer sets season, weight, addresses and shipping fees. Priority visits do not guarantee free admission or a place. Refunds, undelivered benefits, plant replacement and plaque retention follow the agreed service terms.
