The value of a tea garden includes the work of growers, the craft of makers and a community’s lasting capacity to thrive. Rural development calls for stronger connections between cultivation, craft, branding and cultural experiences.

Care for elders and a culture of gratitude

Talks, cultural gatherings and everyday companionship offer different ways to honour older people. Commercial services and charitable initiatives are described separately; a single event is not a substitute for sustained care.
